Research and entertainment only
Sports Advisors provides football data, model projections, commentary and personalized wagering opinions for information and entertainment. Sports wagering is not investing. During the advisory release we are not a sportsbook, casino, investment adviser or fiduciary, we do not hold wagering funds, and members place wagers through their own lawful accounts. Any future automatic execution must run through an approved licensed operator flow and separate counsel-approved terms. Projections and opinions can be wrong, and no result, win rate or profit is promised.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be at least 21, have legal capacity to agree to these terms and use the service only where lawful. You are solely responsible for any wagering decision. Never risk more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm, stop and call or text 1-800-MY-RESET.
The research membership
The planned membership costs $22 per month, billed automatically each month until canceled. It includes five risk plans, bankroll and hard loss-limit preferences, daily football intelligence, personalized qualified releases when the evidence clears the current gate, explicit PASS notices when it does not, optional alerts, a separate futures preference and an account history. “Daily” describes the research cadence; it does not promise a bet or pick every day. A trial applies only when its exact length and post-trial charge are clearly shown at checkout. The default offer has no free trial.
Renewal and cancellation
Unless canceled, the membership renews automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal before the next renewal date. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the end of the paid billing period. Deleting an account or opting out of texts does not itself cancel billing.
Records and model status
Official releases are intended to be locked before kickoff and retained with their results, including losses and pushes. Research-only projections, development replays and fictional model personas are labeled as such. Sports Advisors may change, pause or reject a model when validation fails and may issue no opinion when the qualification gate is not met.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for your personal, lawful purposes. You may not share account access, scrape or republish member content at scale, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate gambling, advertising, consumer-protection or other laws.
Availability and changes
Data feeds, markets, schedules and delivery providers can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We may correct source errors and change features, but we do not rewrite completed outcomes to improve a record. Material subscription changes should be communicated before they take effect as required by law.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Sports Advisors disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for betting losses, missed alerts, data-feed errors or decisions made from the service. Final warranty, liability, indemnity and dispute provisions must be supplied and approved by counsel; nothing in this draft limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
