Refund and cancellation policy

Recurring price

The planned Sports Advisors research membership is $22 per month. The charge recurs monthly until cancellation. The default offer has no free trial; if a trial is offered later, its exact length and the amount and date of the first charge must be shown before enrollment.

Canceling

You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops later renewals and normally leaves access in place through the end of the current paid period. Opting out of text alerts does not cancel the membership.

Refunds

Except where required by law, monthly charges are generally nonrefundable and partial-month credits are not offered. A losing opinion, a PASS day, a missed game, a change in model status or personal wagering results does not create a refund right because the product is ongoing research—not a guaranteed outcome or a promised number of picks.

Billing errors

Duplicate charges, charges after a timely cancellation, account-access failures affecting a material part of the paid period and other billing errors should be reviewed individually. The final service must provide a monitored billing-support channel before accepting payment. Requests should include the account email, charge date and a description, but never a full card number.

Legal rights

This draft does not limit cancellation or refund rights that apply under local law. If this policy conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right, that right controls.

Responsible play
